Terms of Sale

Last updated: 29 October 2026

1. Seller and scope

These Terms of Sale apply to consumer orders placed through this online store. The seller is Samy Serghini, a sole trader operating under the trade name SAFFIR MEDIA, established in France. The seller’s business registration and postal details are set out in the store’s Legal Notice. You can contact the seller through the store’s Contact page.

These terms apply only to products and destinations made available for purchase at checkout. Mandatory consumer-protection rights applicable to you remain unaffected.

2. Product information

The product page describes the item, its available options and what is included with each option. Please check your selected option and order summary before placing an order. Images illustrate the product; the description and selected option identify what is included. No feature, result or accessory is promised unless stated on the product page or order confirmation.

3. Prices and taxes

The price and currency applicable to your order are those displayed at checkout for your location. Any delivery charge or other amount payable will be shown before you confirm the order. Applicable taxes are handled as displayed at checkout.

4. Orders and contract

You may review and correct your order details before submitting payment. By selecting the final order button and completing payment, you submit an order for the selected products. We will send an order confirmation. If an obvious listing or pricing error, payment issue or genuine availability problem prevents fulfilment, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, including a refund where required. Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights.

5. Payment

Payment methods available for your order are those displayed at checkout. Payment is due when the order is placed. A particular payment method may not be available in every country.

6. Delivery

Available destinations, delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Free standard delivery is currently advertised in mainland France; checkout shows the delivery terms applicable to each order. A fulfilment partner or carrier may deliver the order, but the seller remains responsible to the customer for fulfilment.

We will deliver by the date or within the period agreed at checkout. If no delivery date or period has been agreed, delivery will take place without undue delay and within the period required by applicable mandatory law. For consumers in France, the statutory default is 30 days after the contract is concluded. If delivery does not take place within the applicable period, you may exercise the remedies provided by law.

7. Right to withdraw and returns

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise that right, send an unequivocal statement through the Contact page before the deadline. You may then return the goods within the period required by law. The store’s Return and Refund Policy explains the practical return process and return-shipping costs; it does not restrict mandatory rights.

Where the law permits the customer to bear the direct cost of returning goods after a change of mind, that cost is borne by the customer if disclosed before purchase. Refunds are made within the statutory period and by the original payment method unless another method is agreed. Where the law permits, we may defer a refund until the goods are received or proof of return is provided.

Exceptions to withdrawal rights apply only where a statutory exception genuinely covers the item or order. Nothing in this section limits remedies for faulty, damaged or non-conforming goods.

8. Legal guarantees

Consumers retain all mandatory legal guarantees. For consumers in France, these include the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. The seller, as the customer’s contractual seller, handles claims under those guarantees; customers are not required to pursue the supplier or manufacturer instead.

For a new consumer good, the legal guarantee of conformity may generally be invoked for two years from delivery. Where it applies, bringing the item into conformity is free of charge and must take place within the statutory period. If the legal conditions are met, you may be entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract. The guarantee against hidden defects also remains available under the conditions and time limits set by law. This summary does not replace or reduce your statutory rights.

9. Complaints and consumer mediation

If you have a problem with an order, first contact the seller through the Contact page, giving your order number and a description of the issue. If the complaint cannot be resolved directly, you may refer the dispute to the consumer mediator designated by the seller, subject to the applicable eligibility and referral rules:

Société Médiation Professionnelle
Alteritae, 5 rue Salvaing, 12000 Rodez, France
Website and referral information: www.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr

10. Liability and force majeure

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, or limits your mandatory consumer rights. Neither party is liable for a failure caused by an event that qualifies as force majeure under applicable law, subject to the remedies that law provides.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence. Any court with jurisdiction under applicable consumer-protection rules remains competent.

12. Changes to these terms

The version in force when an order is placed applies to that order. Updates will be dated and made available on the store before they apply to future orders.
