SHIPPING

Free standard shipping is available to customers in mainland France. Its cost is included in the displayed product price.

For other destinations offered by the store, available shipping options and any charges are shown before the order is placed.

DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery date or time displayed during checkout before payment is the delivery estimate communicated for that order. Supplier estimates can vary by variant, destination, and time of year; the estimate shown to the customer at checkout takes precedence. If no delivery date or timeframe is communicated, delivery will take place no later than 30 calendar days after the contract is concluded.

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. A tracking number is shared when one is available.

DELAYS

If your order is delayed, contact us using the Contact page. If delivery does not take place within the agreed timeframe, consumers may, under applicable consumer law, request delivery within an additional reasonable period and then cancel the contract if delivery still does not take place. Any amounts due will be refunded within the statutory timeframe.
