Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For an order delivered in France, you have a statutory period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason. You must notify us of your decision before this period expires by sending a clear statement through the store’s Contact form or by post to the return address below. Please include your order number and the item or items concerned. You may use the statutory model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to do so.

RETURNING ITEMS

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the product back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notification. If you withdraw because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Contact us before sending anything and include your order number. Do not send the product directly to the supplier. Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products remain unchanged; contact us so that we can arrange handling in accordance with applicable law.

REFUNDS

If your withdrawal is valid, we will refund the amounts due, including any standard delivery costs paid, no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or you have provided proof that it was sent back, whichever happens first. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless you expressly agree to another method at no additional cost.

CANCELLATION REQUEST BEFORE DISPATCH

If your order has not yet been prepared for dispatch, contact us promptly through the Contact form to request cancellation. If it has already been dispatched, you may exercise your right of withdrawal under the conditions above.
